Reservation process

Yes, we only ask that if you are not going to come notify us as soon as possible so that we may offer the spaces to others, and so that we don’t waste time going to pick you up.
We usually accept pesos, dollars or euros, however, we can also accept other currencies as long as you notify us in advance so that we can determine if that currency is accepted.

Yes, you can book up to one night before the tour, we close reservations at 09:00 pm local time and unfortunately we do not take reservations for the same day

Opinions and evaluations

All of our clients are sent an email the day after their excursion where they are able to evaluate the satisfaction of the service, that is uploaded to the evaluation section of that excursion, so yes, all of our evaluations are original.
It may be that your evaluation does not meet the conditions to be published such as prohibited words, links to other websites, it does not correspond to the excursion taken or the client changed his mind and does not want it to be published.

Discounts and promotions

Private services

There is no minimum as long as you pay the price shown in the corresponding section
If the tour is private, it is impossible to do that.
If it is a private excursion and you give us the time, there should be no problem, but send us an email so that we can advise you.
Don't worry we can use several vans or even a bus to transport your group, we have the experience and the transportation to move any number of people.

Our excursions depart rain or shine unless it is something out of the ordinary we can cancel. However, if by the time we pass for you the weather conditions do not meet your expectations, you may apply our guarantee against bad weather and do not climb aboard the transportation. If you have paid something in advance we will return your money.
