Only if you are staying in Cozumel the meeting point is outside Ci Banco at 07:50 am. This means that you will need to take the ferry from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen at 06:50 am

To fully enjoy the excursion, here are a few recommendations and some of the most important things to bring

The heat in the Yucatan jungle during the summer months is intense, bringing sunscreen, caps, sunglasses etc. It is practically obligatory so that you are comfortable and can fully enjoy the excursion

Each person is different, some have more tolerance to the heat than others. If you have any kind of medical issues and need special medicine it is your responsibility to bring it with you. If you are bringing small children it is recommended to bing a small stroller with umbrella so that the child is comfortable and you are not having to carry them throughout the tour

• To apply the payment on the day of the excursion it is only for groups of less than 4 people. If you make two reservations we cannot guarantee that you will go on the same transportation
• This excursion is not recommended for people with circulatory problems as this is a 2-3 hour trip
• It is very important to be on time, because waiting for someone who is late can result in a long delay that would affect the rest of the passengers.
• This excursion is not recommended for people in wheelchairs due to the conditions of the site (you’ll find slopes, tree roots and gravel)
• You must know how to swim in order to enter the cenote (If you don't know how to swim, we recommend wearing a life-jacket)
• This tour is not recommended for small children
• It is important to be well physically and emotionally
• People under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian
• You must be able to walk short distances
• It is strictly forbidden to climb the ruins at Chichen Itza (due to conservation purposes)
